Over a year ago I started studying Christian Pankhurst Heart Intelligence Program. It is now 2013 and I have gained my certification. I came across this video that I would like to share. I needed to make a video for the program and had a hard time. So this video is a “funny, how-to make a video” as well as a bit of information about what I am now calling Present Moment-Heart Centered Coaching. I am happy that even a year later that I find this type of coaching to be so valuable to myself and others on a daily basis. It is about bringing awareness and clarity to any situation one wants to explore.
